Nowadays, all around the world, there are lots of people who prefer to travel alone (so-called “alone travelers”). They even go to Georgia, but the number of them is not significant. So, here is the deal, how can we attract them? How to give them what they are searching for? Those are the main questions which will be fully answered by our project.

This idea came to us when we met one of them (alone travelers). She was 44 years old amazing woman, who was traveling around the world all alone, and Georgia was one of her unexpectedly chosen countries. By the end of the conversation, we found out that She didn’t enjoy traveling with tourist groups, because she didn’t get new relationships, enough information about our country, etc.  It was her last day in Tbilisi, so we decided to take her to Georgian restaurant for testing Georgian cuisine, had an exciting conversation with her, and finally, we gave her unforgettable memories. So here comes the idea, why can’t we do the same with every alone traveler, why can’t we be friends, have fun with them, make our country more popular and at the same time make money by exciting work.

The only way for Alone travelers to plan their trip is online research or after arrival goes to tourist companies and joins the group of other foreigners. But “Be My Guest” suggests, much more than just tour guide. This is the online platform which provides various choice alternatives. There are represented people of different age, music taste, interests, hobbies, and tourist search the most suitable host for him/her. After that, he/she contacts this person, and they start to plan the whole trip together. Because they have common interests, it will be easier to make a trip, which will be interesting for both. The host might be someone who lives alone so that the tourist can take place in his/her apartment, or the other case if tourist prefers to stay alone, we will suggest him/her single residence, and the host will be with him/her for rest of the time.
